Refund Policy
At ProfitMax FX, all transactions are final and non-refundable. Once funding has been transferred to your Forex trading account, you are responsible for all trading activities and any profits or losses incurred.
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with trading results
- Technical difficulties or interruptions
- Unauthorized access to your Forex trading account
- Errors or omissions in trading activities
- Any other reason
After you have successfully completed Stage one of the Challenge and proceeded to the funded phase you will receive a refund of the initial sign up fee with your first monthly withdrawal and after completing the KYC verification process. Your sign up fee will not be refunded until you have generated sufficient profits for a withdrawal.
If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
By accepting funding from PFMX, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final and non-refundable.
